We hosted my son's 5th birthday party here over the weekend with 20 friends as guests and it was so simple and amazing! We were greeted by our friendly party host, Christina. The pizza arrived on time, the kids loved playing in the facility, and everything was taken care of for us to enjoy the party!
Took my two toddlers to toddler time. They had a blast and absolutely loved it. This place is great to wear out your kids!
Reason it's 4 stars is the following two complaints.
Firstly, the amount of big kids at toddler time. We went during toddler time 9-12 on Thursday. My kids almost got wiped out several times by 10+ year old kids. My four year old was rudely told to move several times by 10+ year old kids who had zero supervision.
Second, the bathrooms are not very clean and barely had any toilet paper (some had none), they were completely out of soap. We went first thing in the morning so I'm not sure why it wasn't clean to begin with.
We hosted our child's birthday party at KTR , and it was an absolute hit! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly.
The facility was clean and well-maintained, and safety was a top priority. The kids had a blast bouncing on the trampolines and tackling the obstacle courses. It's a paradise for young adventurers!
The party room was perfect for celebrating, and they even handled the catering, making it a stress-free experience for us parents. Our little one and their friends had smiles from ear to ear throughout the day.
I can't recommend this place enough for kids' birthdays or just a fun day out. It's a fantastic spot for active play, and we'll definitely be back for more bouncing fun. Thanks for making our child's birthday unforgettable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Had fun with family here. Jr races were faster then we all expected. Love the fact they let us do Jr races with my nephew as whole family.
I arrived at 10am and attempted to order two pizzas for 12pm. I was advised that they were not sure they would be able to accommodate pizzas in two hours. I’m not sure how much time most people spend there, but waiting more than two hours for pizza, is crazy. Also, told that we could not eat cake in the facility, despite the fact that they do not sell cake. The women’s bathroom looked as though it had not been cleaned in over a month. My boys absolutely love this place. We come here often and it's always a blast for them (6 yr old and 23 month old). I have to say that the skateboard instructors are really patient and kind. I also have to comment on how comfortable I feel here because of their rule of no > 1 child per trampoline. This is enforced and I appreciate it.
Great place to burn off some energy for the kids. Our group ranged in ages from 2 years to 13 years. There was something to do for everyone. What makes this facility different is their focus on Parkour, about 25% of the facility is trampolines. The rest is multi-level obstacles where you can really get your tumble on. The skate park is well put together though we spent less time there than the rest of the facility.
We visited KTR as an activity while on vacation, an indoor skatepark was something we couldn’t pass up. For the entry fee you can use the entire facility, which is really cool. A good time for both active parents with kids.
